Our Holiday Park is conveniently situated, close to the Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon Coast in the sought after South Hams region of Devon. With access to a new multi-million pound Leisure Building which includes a heated indoor pool and spa pool, 22 acres of wooded grounds with an abundance of wildlife there is plenty to enjoy on site. Nearby there are multiple places to visit for interesting day excursions. A wheel chair accessible ramp leads onto an extensive sunny dual aspect deck with far-reaching views over the rolling countryside, perfect for relaxing in the sun throughout the day. The large L-shaped lounge/ diner has triple aspect windows and French doors opening onto the decking. With a snug area and room for dining for 6+ and multiple sofas or a large sectional couch it makes it a very versatile living space. The traditional fireplace with electric stove fire provides a cosy ambience. Off the lounge there is a generous, semi-open plan kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washing machine and larder fridge and larder freezer. There is a gas hob with extractor fan, an electric oven and ample storage and workspace. A central hallway with useful storage space leads to the master bedroom suite complete with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite disabled toilet & shower room.
