Riverview Holiday park is a small quiet family run complex of luxury Lodges, situated in picturesque location. Nestled on the banks of the River Liddel Lodge owners and guests have access to Trout and Salmon fishing within the park grounds.

The park is open 12 months of the year and the park is open 7 days a week for viewings.

Facilities

All our homes are fitted with a T.V aerial, telephone, broadband connection (charges are not met by the park), central heating, double glazing, electricity, mains gas, mains water and comes with fully landscaped roads and private block paved driveways.

Our staff are on hand to help, allowing you peace of mind should your home be unattended.

The park has been carefully planned to provide spacious living, well laid out gardens and private spaces for vehicles. We can even help you to choose the location of your plot. The grounds are suitably landscaped to retain the serene and tranquil surroundings of this beautiful countryside and kept to a very high standard.

We offer exclusive rights to fishing on the River Liddel, which runs along the bottom of the park, to all our Lodge owners.

There are a host of activities minutes from park including a 9 hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis, cycling as well as many woodland walks. The village of Newcastleton is 5 mins drive and has shops, hotels, cafes, local butchers and more.

Gas and Electricity is metered. Meters are read and paid quarterly. Ground fees £1870 per annum.
